Return & Refund Policy
At 18th Century Arms – Daubs Armory LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of the products we sell, certain items cannot be returned.
Firearms
All firearm sales are final.
Firearms cannot be returned once they have been transferred to the customer by a licensed dealer (FFL), except in cases of manufacturer defects or shipping damage.
If a firearm arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the firearm. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue through repair or replacement when applicable.
Black Powder & Antique Firearms
Antique and black powder firearms may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they remain unused and in the same condition as received.
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was shipped incorrectly or arrived damaged.
Parts, Accessories & Merchandise
Unused accessories and merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
Custom-made, special-order, clearance, or personalized items are non-refundable.
Ammunition, Powder & Primers
For safety reasons, ammunition, black powder, smokeless powder, primers, percussion caps, and other hazardous materials are non-returnable and non-refundable.
