Pole tomahawk

Just finished this beauty. 3 days 3 tomahawk. I really like the shape of this one better. Went with a 5 inch piece of 3/4 round Japanese steel. Upset the edge side a good bit to draw it out and get a nice size cutting edge. 5 ⅜ inch long head with a 2 ¼ inch cutting edge. Gave this one a decent hammer pope when I drifted the handle eye. Decided to use a pretty piece of curly maplenfor the handle I had laying around. 2 coats of Aqua fortis. Beck Flintlocks gun finish oil and wax both used on this piece!  Really happy with this one!
